I think my SNR is just too damn poor because of the short subs and bad light pollution. And I can't figure out the color-balance adjustment in DSS. So..

For the colour-balance adjustment in DSS, it's more for evaluating the result of the stacking parameters than producing a final result. have downloaded the backyardeos software and it looks promising - want to try out the drift alignment if only the skies will co-operate. Hope this will save my neck peering down the illuminated recticle for manual guiding.
