SCT cooling fan Cool Edge & ideas for SCT OTA cooler...

I was just exploring ideas on how to do this and looks like someone came up with a solution.

Just a background, with the new EdgeHD SCT OTA, there is a field flattener in the baffle tube and hence the previously designed cooling system that goes through the baffle tube doesn't work anymore.

This device screws up to the Fastar receptacle and powers via 12V supply. Looks promising! Though I am more incline to look for one that can continue to exchange air through the observation period... Might have to design one myself....

Urg, too late, someone already made one.

that's what happen when you have a hobby that is mostly had by geeks.
