CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!

Thanks guys!

High Gary, the mirror has a certified 1/8 wave, good for visual too, in fact can be an all rounder scope. Oh yes! Do joint us for the future "Mersing Zouk Out" , Elton's Bose sound system really KICK ASS! Like live concert! Lol.... [smilie=angel.gif]

according to Dipl. Ing. Keller, who designed the Keller reducer, a good Newtonian with the Keller reducer will outperform an APO in terms of flatness of field and tightness of stars (FWHM) to the edge.

unfortunately, said Keller reducer costs $1400. Way more than the Baader MPCC. It also is a 0.73X reducer, so converts an f/4 Newtonian to a jaw-dropping f/2.9

Cracking images, Kelvin. Well done!
That OO mirror and OTA were made only ~7 miles from my residence. Amazing to hear they made it to S'pore.

Go well!
