Where are Comets T7 and Q4 now?

Where are Comets T7 and Q4 now?

Its been a while now. I remembered reading that they will move to Ursa Major before fading back to the outer reaches of our solar system.
Can we still see it as a blur on a bino or has it reverted to a single unspectacular star point?
