anyone use VpostUSA before?

Post by VinSnr »

Hi Guys...

think this has been asked before. Anyone use this service before?

For a 33 lbs packaging, it cost only SGD132.00 for a parcel from US whcih I think is damn cheap. I paid US$202 to ship a 8" f/5 using UPS.

Anyone here has experience with this?

Sojourn88 I think has done it purchasing the Celestron Ultima barlow.
It helps you get stuff from people who only deliver with CONT US and it's cheap.

One question:

If I purchase from Astromart and ask the seller to ship to Vpost USA (Inglewood, California), how do I inform Vpost? Should I just send the details of item and the seller's name to Vpost by e-mail, because there's not going to be any Invoice for this type of personal transaction.

Thanks

Debash, vpost will need an invoice to calculate the gst. So far, all my astromart transactions are paid through paypal which will give you the receipt of the transaction. You just attach this receipt to vpost as proof of purchase. Therefore, the seller must be able to accept paypal.
