astrophotography for the amateur

CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!

astrophotography for the amateur

Post by oxygn »

Hi everyone out there,

Just got a copy of my astrophotography for the amateur by michael A.covington. was flipping through the book and realized that it has only 16 pages with coloured pics.

Just want to check with those who owns this book whether its the same with their copy. Or maybe my copy is a defective one.

Thanks alot,

Hi,
You can check the page number of the book and compare to the content page to see if any pages were missing. Which edition did you get?? According to Amazon, the 2nd edition have "hundreds" of picture (colour and black and white photograph). Also, most pictures get from CCD are normally black and white.

Have a nice day.
