Based on personal experience, the most easily accessible place is where the Silkair memorial is located. Quite dark apart from the lights at Lim Chu Kang Road, a fairly short walk from the nearest bus stop.
Anyone interested to head out there for a session?

Sounds good, although I'm not keen to go alone....

The skies can be fairly dark depending on how deep in you go but I cannot be too sure of tyhe exact condition now.
A small group should be sufficient to deal with the dogs but the site is definitely not for the squemish!
