Ha Ha! Can Sam please setup a woodlands obs. branch????
I'm at Drive 16. Hey, did you know in woodlands there are quite afew open clear spaces inbetween HDB flats? Only thing is the lights are quite bright.

I spotted a mutli-storey car park somewhere near my place last nite. The roof-top lights are quite dim and it has got a clear open sky facing the west. Maybe another place might be the open space oppsit the Woodlands MRT station grass patch.
