Hi,

An anti-astro weather event must have struck!

Total meteors seen over two nights = 0. Bird species = >20. Tree species = uncountable.
I had been there for a couple of times and every time the night were either cloudy or foggy (only once the sky was partly clear when I reach there early in the morning)... I think this is common for that area as Bukit Tinggi is also the same condition.

By the way, did you went to jelai resort in the early morning? You should be able to get 20 species during the morning "rush" period quite easily.

Have a nice day.

I looked at the sky and did not bother to try, so here I am all these years and still not seen a meteor shower!
But the ones you recorded are good for a night's work by your equipment Mr Chia!
That last fireball must have made it worth the effort.
But the 2 water pushers your neighbour above stuck outside of their window is a little distracting. Don't know why one would need two in a home ! :)

Think the cloudiness is typical of hill resorts in Malaysia. Spent many nights in Cameron, Gunung Jerai, Genting; all cloudy.
We do it in the dark...

wow...I thought he lost interest already since it has been so long since his "Mirai Mechanism" release. :) Great stuff. Loved his BGM too and best of all, he gives you a link to download it too. :) Thanks for sharing Gary!
