Andromeda Observatory and first Mersing trip of 2013 !

CCD vs Film? Lots of time vs no patience? Alright, this is your place to discuss all the astrophotography what's and what's not. You can discuss about techniques, accessories, cameras, whatever....just make sure you also post some nice photos here too!

Finally these images are from the recent Mersing trip, special thanks to Mooey.

Interestingly we have a object that we can't identify, some answers would be good

That photo caption should be Aldebaran and not Hadar which is in Centaurus?

Keep shooting more photos and display them along the walls in the observatory and in the CC! Sometime to further amaze the queue while they wait for their turn to look through the big scope. :)

I love the tight shot of the Orion constellation....Sweet...!

If I could anywhere near that, I could finally check it off my bucket list..
