Thanks to Dave for organising the solar sidewalk session yesterday. We had a great time sharing the amazing prominences with the public - thanks to Alfred for the loan of his SM40, Dave for the 80mm, Hazrie for the PORTA mount II and Ava for helping out with the explanation. Turning the etalon tuner and seeing the proms popping into view is an awesome experience!
Big thanks the Nparks officers who dropped by and took a look at the Sun. Thank you for posting a photo of the solar session in the Nparks Facebook so more people can be aware of this wonderful hobby in Singapore which should be highly encouraged in all parks!
