Looks like there will be an occultation of first magnitude star Spica (the alpha star in the constellation Virgo), by the Moon, on Thu 28 Mar 2013 which would be visible from Singapore. At around 8:57pm, the star would ingress or enter behind the Moon. At that time, the nearly full Moon would be in the east at 12 deg above the horizon.
Spica would then exit (egress) the Moon at 9:36:44pm, when the Moon is at 22 deg above the horizon in the east. It would exit at the top right corner of the Moon as seen from Singapore.
