Took this photo during the recent sidewalk at Toa Payoh Central. 16 July 16:04 UT. 10-inch non-tracking Dobsonian at 313x magnification. Hand-held HTC One S.

@Mystiq - This is mountain is named after the Italian Appennine Mountains. So I wasn't surprised the first retweet is from an italian. :) You can download free software and phone apps to identify the names of the features on the Moon - e.g. Virtual Moon Atlas or Google Earth for desktop, LunarMap Lite for Android, ..etc.
