It's been a while since I had some photos to share. I took a gamble to venture up Mersing on last week for literally a " fly-by-night " operation. It was a long shot for clear skies at this time of the year, but I was so blessed with clear sky on the later half of the night. Come to think of it, it was my first experience to see the entire span of the Winter Milky Way. What Joy!

This was also an opportune time to try out my new wide field setup:
Vixen GPD, Modified Canon 5D2, Mamiya 200mm APO F2.8. Imaging at f/4, bracket exposures as follow: 9x15s, 8x1min,8x3min,11x5min,3x8min. all at ISO1600.
