Telescope has 2 small scratches on the sides (not mirror)
Finderscope's crosshair is crooked. But still able to use.

Hi superiorstream,

Yes, the mount attaches firmly to the eyepiece. While the arm which mounts the camera, is able to swing right and left/away and infront of the EP.
