Hi Jeannie,

There is no instruction on assembly for the DIY set is it is not meant for retail. If you are new to telescopes, there will be a steep learning curve for you. After you have assembled it, you would have to do collimation to ensure the optics are properly aligned.

However anyone who has experience with a reflector will find the assembling work to be an easy assignment. The tools are commonly available like screwdrivers and allen keys.

There are a few experts in this area though, such as Mr.Hong Lian from the Toa Payoh group. Maybe you should treat him to a meal and request him to transfer his "power" to you.

Suggest you get the retail set @$330 special price if you have not owned any reflector or telescope before.
