Hi Guys!
So I'm thinking of getting a first telescope after getting to know the skies better and reading loads of forums.
I can get the skywatcher evostar 90 on an EQ 2 mount for about S$400, or I could get a akywatcher evostar 102 on an EQ3-2 mount for about S$730. Both are refractors.
Is the step up in price worth it? The 102 is almost double the price of the 90. Or, is a the 90mm refractor good enough for a start?
Or, does anyone have a cheaper beginner scope to recommend? I'd prefer an eq mount as I intend to venture into AP in the mid future.
Thanks in advance for all your guidance!

Re: Advice needed for first scope!
Long refractors will vibrate more (moment arm) compared to shorter tubes, thus require a more stable mount.
AP need minimum ~1k budget for mount alone.
