Selling my Vixen Porta II and two 11.5" Slow-mo control cables. Item is cosmetically little bit worn after few years of use, but function great. minor slip on ALT axis noticeable on heavy OTA [think C8]. Do not affect smaller scopes. Selling for $250. If you interested, PM for photos and more detail.

Hi trent,
There is an allen screw to tighten for any slippage. You are saying that is now not able to compensate for the slippage? Or is that a weight limitation of the azimuth for heavy OTA from day 1?
Do post some photos here especially to show the conditon of the scope.
Thanks

airconvent, tightening seems to improve the condition, but not eliminate it completely. Think it shows age. It didn't have this issue in the last 3-4 years I had the mount. recent issue. Thanks for the suggestion.
