Dryer for a camera.. Do you mean a dehumidifier storage..

sim lim square probably has dehumidifiers for sale. however, u can try cathay photo, which provides excellent service and is located at penisula plaza.

there are several options that one can use: either those box-like dehumidifiers that you can get from Cathay Photo (japanese) or cheaper Taiwanese ones from major photo stores. Alternatively there are portable solutions that can be recharged by feeding them with electricity for probably about SGD$20-30 and would probably be excellent choices to take with you on an astronomy trip or a cheap solution to put into tupperware boxes containing equipment.

mmm... for one camera only, probably the best solution is to get one of those air tight boxes and load it with silica gel instead....
