I am hoping someone would do the calculations for Singapore....I am pretty poor in mathematics....Anyone has seen Toutatis. Last night and hopefully tonight is going to be clear.

Hi :

Moon is sitting less than 8 degree from where the toutatis sits tonite ( 9/24 ) in Microscopium. It will be challenging to pick a 9.87 mag object .

Use Horizons ( nasa link posted by Rich) to generate the ephemeris then. You still need to manually add each coordinate ( RA/DEC)s to the planeterium sw. For the Goto scope owner it will be simpler - just punch in the ra/dec .. and look.

23:00->RA:21h 19m DEC:-27d 53'

25 Sep 2004:
00:00->RA:21h 18m DEC:-28d 00' Mag:9.8
01:00->RA:21h 18m DEC:-28d 08'
02:00->RA:21h 18m DEC:-28d 16'
03:00->RA:21h 17m DEC:-28d 24'
04:00->RA:21h 17m DEC:-28d 32'

Not visible after around 04:13. Data from AstroPlanner Software.
