Sky watcher BK127 Maksutov-Cassegrain
Well loved and well used, bought this maksutov cassegrain off another fellow carouseller 2 years ago. Fantastic for planets and the moon, and great for sidewalk astronomy. Telescope has been collimated (mirrors aligned Swee Swee)

Selling this scope to free up some funds for upgrading.

This particular scope came with a 6x30 finderscope, flexible Orion dew shield and carrying bag that is filled with sponge for protection. Also it comes with 1.25" Celestron diagonal, and a 1.25", 32mm Plossl.

Condition: 9/10. Some small cosmetic scratches on the OTA body and some dust on the meniscus lens in front due to frequent use

If you want to test the equipment, please PM me at 9-one-3-seven-294-one and I can make arrangements to let you use the telescope itself during an evening!

(Sessions are held at old airport road hawker centre. Please meet me at Dakota or City Hall if you want to collect the scope!)

Interested....may be able to transact this sat....but want to know the weight and length of the optical tube as i want to use it as a travel around scope...on buses and would like to know if it's easy to knock it out of collimation....Thanks.
