Hi all,

The Astronomy Xchange will be part of the coming Singastro Festival held at Singapore Polytechnic on the 12th & 13th November 04.

The SF2004 invites you to put up on sale your used or even new astronomical equipments which may include telescopes, binoculars, eyepieces, accessories, books and even camera equipments!!

R E G I S T R A T I O N

Please email me your . . .

1. Full Name

2. NRIC number

3. Contact No (preferably HP)

As for items put up for sale, i require the following to be included in the email as well. . .

1. Item Description ( e.g Takahashi FC 76, mint condition, no mount included ) you get the meaning here.

2. Item Price ( Negotiable? Fixed? If negotiable, please state your maximum as well as minimum price.)

Some pointers sellers should take note. .

1. DVDs/ VCDs related to astronomy can be put on sale as well but due to censorship related matters, there might be some discrepencies on whether is the product pirated or original. But whatever the case is, do email me if you have these items to put on sale.

2. No other forms of unrelated equipments , with respect to astronomy, will be allowed to put on sales. However, if the product is indirectly pertained towards astronomy for example laser beam pointer, do not hesitate to contact me as well.

3. Negotiable prices would be finalised by sellers.

4. There would be NO forms of any transaction happening on the day of the event, 13th Nov (Sat), sellers would have to arrange their own transaction.


5. Particulars of interested buyers would be emailed to all individual sellers ASAP after the event.

6. There would be no limitation to the number of buyers, sellers have their priority to CHOOSE their desired buyer. (E.g. might be based on highest price offered by buyer or whatever personal issues pertained.)

On that day itself. .

1. Sellers are advised to be present in the concourse on the day itself (13th Nov).

2. Sellers are not allowed to be at the booth area (Xchange zone) to interrupt buyers' decision.

3. Sellers must deliver their items for sale to the concourse @ SP by 1030 hrs. If for any reasons, you are not able to reach there on time, contact me in advance.

Is it necessary to register? If I do not register, is it I cannot sell any item? Are we allowed to just find a slot and setup there? :idea: :wink: 8) :lol:
