Sorry i didn't say can see milky way but sky is very very dark because it's near Malaysia.

BTW, Raffles Marina wharf where the boats berthed is a good place to watch the sunset.It face the Western Sky.Another good site for Ob.
Actually you need to be member to access that area.However if you "act" like one, they dun bother you.

Update your guys on the location.
I was there on Thursday nite for Ob.They have removed the concrete blockage replaced by removable plastic type.Apparently some kind of car event as there is tent with Mercedes Benz logo.
From security guards information,the event will last only for one week.Hopefully we can access to end of road by next weekend.
