My supplier in Malaysia has a white C5 (probably 8 years old) for sales.
The C5 is White, with AC motor clock drive, has a viewfinder, Visual Back, Star Diagonal, 26mm Plossl Eyepiece, Fork Mount
and Portable Table Top Wedge. No field tripod. Last used 1998 during the
annular Eclipse in Kota Tinggi.

Price if confirmed by Friday, 17 Oct = S$ 1,100.
No warranty.

Wah! Shitz Soooo many people are looking for C5 versions ..But help has come at last! I have a contact for a C8! So I guess this tread will be kinda of useless for me..hoho~

P.S Just to let ya guys know jeremy ratnam(wrong spelling but hack lar) of power98 has a C5!I think its the white tube version..anyone want to give it a try? 8)

Wow, i wonder if he does his sessions in MediaCorp after his slot....the skies there are pretty dark actually.. But what the hack, is he selling his C5?

His not selling 8) . Dont even think about it ! Haha that time he came to sp to do a short marswatch report . Interesting to learn he has another scope which is a refractor(dont know what scope is that.)

Maybe we can get him to join singastro ! He did after all, help us publicise MarswatchII on power98~

Oh and if ya all are really into buying the C5 orange or white, try astromart. I posted a thread once and got back 5 replies fast. Prices range around 350-450USD, if mount is around 650USD. Hope it helps.
