btw, seems that this trip is mostly made of working adults with the exception of two students....not to worry if you are student though, will be organising another one during the new moon period this April again and higher priority goes to students this time round....do let me know if you are interested (PM, SMS)

good to see you coming too jeremy! been dark sky deprived lately...certainly looking forward to it to image the last of some winter objects...
just finished an imaging session from the balcony, but alas plagued by thin haze...and this is so far the fourth failed attempt to trying to get a colour CCD image out this period... :(

Kay/Neoterryjoe, you guys got me wrong. I am not going to "hide" the trip from him... I'm just waiting for the right moment (during one of his happy days) to ask him. The chance might be higher + less naggings :D

Remus, in case my trip isn't approved, you can still collect the tents from me. The 8-Men tent is available.

Mersing Old Site

Hi , all.

The old site at Mersing is now motorable. Matthew and myself were there in Jan. However there is a patch of soft clay and drivers should take care of that. Matthew's car almost got stuck there.
