Here is Remus and me at our Snake Valley Astronomy Association site today.

We (club members and Remus) spent the day concreting so we can build our Observatory and telescope pads

Remus seems to have a very fun time doing all the concreting. Man, it just makes me feel like going over to join you guys. Give me a few years, and I'll be there. Haha!

Good to see that you've settled in well, Remus! Looks like you headed to the right direction, down under and not up over. Ha. Maybe one day we'll pay a visit to the observatory when its completed.

Please also keep a look out for meteorites and bring some back.

Very nice photo of the southern sky, Ken! Only wish we had such good skies too. Can't imagine that its so easily taken, just 3x20s. Sigh...

Looks like you guys are having fun down under. Just be careful not to have cement powder into your eyes...it's very nasty stuff!

Hi Remus...
Looks like you are there for leisure and not work! [smilie=admire.gif]
Glad to hear the people friendly, the beer cold and the skies great!
Just watch out for mutant rogue kangaroos at night! [smilie=bye2.gif]
