It's been quite a while since I'd last posted here! The last couple of months have seen the skies clearing up earlier then usual, and was able to capture some new HA objects from Singapore and bagged a couple of deep sky jewels in the last February new moon Mersing trip. This year was also the first time, I'd finally put the Epsilon 210 astrograph to CCD use (after 9 years of being a white elephant!), partly due to the fact that a mating solution was made possible between the SBIG camera onto the E210's focuser adapter. Could also realize the possibility of mating a camera lens onto the SBIG and take wide-field CCD shots under dark skies. Think I may have posted some SG shots with this wide-field combo here a while back then (late last year).
To kick off, here are some HA shots of the rarely taken emission nebulae from the RCW (180 objects) catalogue of the southern milky way nebulae collection (both from SG).
RCW 16 in Vela (taken in Singapore with the E210F3 astrograph)

RCW 19 in Vela (taken in Singapore with AP130GT)

NGC3372 in Carina (taken in Mersing with the E210F3 astrograph, total expo less than an hour!)

M42 in Orion (taken in Mersing with the E210F3 astrograph, with couple of satellite trails!)

Sword Region of Orion (taken in Mersing with the wide-field 180mm lens CCD combo, AND with a couple of satellite trails!)

Enjoy!
