" in AP, the mount is everything" this has been clearly stated by Orly & is also what i believed in all the time.
attached 2 photos: Mount almost polar aligned but not yet, scope = 6" SCT, Camera = Canon dslr.

The mount may be everything, but even a modest mount will do very well if you don't stress it.

A C6 is a great choice as it is physically very short and won't stress the mount.

Great photos for being in SG and unguided!

a lot of folks use Flickr.

then you can hook it up to Astrometry.net blind solver which will label your images for you.

clever trick.
