Probable Project - Remote Observatory [Assistance Welcome]

I'm currently working on a probable project to setup a Remote Observatory with a full suite of Astro/Video Graphy options. The project will likely to span 6 months commissioning by middle of next year.
Some infos :
- greater than 16" scope
- remote capable EQ mount
- 4" guidescope with HA filter
- big format CCD

I hope to get a technical assistance (flexible part-time) basis to work with me on this project (if successful). He should preferably has experiences in Advanced Imaging and some knowledge in Web-based remote control of M&E.
