Was going through the latest issue of Sky and Telescope when I came across a star chart programme that was designed to run on a samsung phone!
What will they think of next. With limited memory and micro display, I wonder how one can actually put it to go use.

apparently, its called "Mobile Sky Chart and sold by Sky and Telescope.QuantumGravity wrote:No, java files are reasonably small in size and usually no more than 100 KB. All java-enabled phones should be able to handle it without much difficulty with space and stuffs like that.
Anyway what's the name of the star map program?
Features 900 stars, 5 naked eye planets and 86 constellations.
