Can ask if is safe to buy scopes from cloudynight/astromart? Anyone with positive or negative experience to share?

Relatively safe as long as you buy from sellers with good ratings.
Most are willing to disclose any flaws they find on their items but will be rather reluctant to ship overseas or sell to newcomers.

I have made few transactions through astromart and it's quite safe. If in doubt, ask the seller to send you a paypal invoice which will then be covered under buyer protection. (Will add 3% to total though)

Some of my stuff came from CN, and some of my stuff went to buyers on CN as well. Just check the guy's rating as Mariner suggested.
