Denkmeier II Binoviewer for Meade 14" SCT

Denkmeier II Binoviewer for Meade 14" SCT

Including the Denkmeier II Binocular for Meade 14" SCT in our current project. Anyone has experience using, its pro & con & recommended eyepiece sets.

Hi,

I have the Denkmeier I binoviewer and it is by far the best accessory I have.
Looking with two eyes beats the cyclop view hands down ...

The 2X and starsweeper and alright, I do not use them much.

Note : I use the binoviewer on a 12" LX200GPS ( well, that's when the sky is clear ..) with a pair of 19 mm Panoptics, really nice.

Hi Wee Kiong,

You will probably get more definitive info from Denkmeier. They will probably be able to tell you what is the lowest power eyepiece you can use.

What you should also consider getting is the focal reducer.
