We intend to organise a year-end Private Star Party cum Christmas
Celebration for our clients and need inputs from experienced guys out there. For volunteers there will be free transport, foods & remuration provided.
Our intends :
Date : 25-26 Dec 2004, 5pm - 11am.
Loc : To be determine by clients
Attentees: 200-300 family types, mostly professional guys but with basic
or no astro knowledge. And likely people with 'Star' qualities
such as from the Media or Sports.
Want to : Observe the 14th day Moon, Orion, M31, Saturn & Sun, etc
Talks on basic astro stuffs ...
Astro Games w/prizes
Need : 10-15 scopes w/owners
Guys to give talks

From wat u say those guys are pros then do we need to be of a high social class or echelon to take part? :idea:
artistes, businessmen. We are talking about learning & enjoying Astronomy; nothing to do with social class. Volunteers preferably w/scopes and basic sky nagivation knowledge. Someone who know how to differentiate the stars & planets; where is Orion or M31 and the 7 sisters are probably much better qualified than most of the attentees.
