I think there's not much difference in speeds when using overseas sites.

Hi,
I think there's not much difference in speeds when using overseas sites.
Correct... No matter which internet connection you use, StarHub broadband, ADSL (SDSL), ISDN and etc, the speed will still be slow if the connection speed of the site you visit is slow.

Anyway, StarHub broadband is a bandwidth sharing internet connection, so the more people in your area use it, the lesser you get.

Have a nice day.

Does have some difference. Before the change my total BT download speed can reach 200kbps and ftp at 350kbps but now my total BT download speed can reach 400kbps most of the time and ftp at 400+. Web-surfing wise no difference noted.
