I prefer the deluxe version. It is available at Borders (1 copy left) at about $90.00 and at Astro Scientific (3 copies left) at $99.00 (10% discount for TASOS members). The desk and field versions (loose sheets) are also available at Astro Scientific.

yes, I saw the Wil Tirion version at Astro Scientific the other day. Not a bad one. Simpler and easier to use. I bought the Messier Guide, a Malaysian publication released in Mar this year only!

What's the difference between the 1st and 2nd edition?

Two of the revisions are that the 2nd edition shows some fainter stars and the galaxies are shown with proper inclination. However, the 1st edition is still very much usable.
