Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Hi,
what exactly is the difference between monoscope(or monocular?) , binoculars and telescopes?
Telescope is a general term. You can call a monocular and binoculars as telescope too.

Anyway, a monocular or spotting scope is general refer as a telescope that give a "correct" image. Most of the monocular's eyepiece cannot be change. A binoculars is basically mount two monocular together.

Have a nice day.

those long things called telescope

depends. It is technically not possible for a newtonian reflector to give a "correct" image without the use of an erecting eyepiece
