Ok.........tonite is not bad eventhough there is some thin high altitude clouds. The turn-out is surprising. Most are actually not from NTU, but mainly from Singastro and other schools. The talk by Dr. Chan is quite interesting and fruitful. Got a great chance to interact with other Astro minded folks.
Things spotted tonite are Mars, Saturn, M42

Hi,
Was there late and miss a big part of the lecture...
Anyway, quite an interesting lecture, but after hearing the lecture, it seem like instead of modeling their theroy base on the observational data, they are now creating "thing" to make the observational data fit in to their theory...
Have a nice day.
