Hello fellow star seekers!

Thought it be best I use my first post by boring you a bit with an introduction.

I am "coach", in, but not originally from Singapore.
Am from the country of the cursed light bulb makers, Phillips, the Netherlands...

Have been living and loving Singapore for a few years now and last week noticed all of a sudden a very clear sky....(due to my workhours i usually get home in the midst of the night)....and that well known old itch came back....

Have been spending hours online now re-familirizing myself again with all the gadgets for sale..

Right now am interested in either the Meade EXT 90 (or larger) of the Celestron Nexstar 114GT.....will let you know what Santa will bring me.

Anyway, looks like a great forum you guys have here, compliments on the layout and all the little mods you have installed BM! I do a fair bit of webdesign and such as a 26th hobby so I know what a hassle it can be!

Best let you be going now, am sure you all have better things to do (or look at) then my ramblings!

Cheers

Coach!

Hi Coach,
Welcome to Singastro! Glad to hear you are taking in the astro scene here inspite of all the clouds...clouds clouds...do join in the fun.
If you have a telescope, please update your equipment list under "Equipment database. Else can always consider one from our vendors in the vendors section.
It has been faily quiet due to the skies but once the monsoon clears in Feb, I'm sure the activity will pick up.

Correction there, I think Mr Morten is a Dane. Not Dutch.
