Funny Cloud Formation

Post by kayheem »

Hi all,

Saw this funny looking cloud formation near Ikea last Thursday at about 5.30pm. This handphone cam photo does not show it well, but it looked like some huge alien space craft.

The cloud formation probably spanned something like 40 degrees or so.

Notice the shimmering rainbow-like effect at the top. Anyone knows what causes this effect?

Please... it's obvious that is the top of the mushroom cloud from a meteorite collision!

Yah, I saw it last thursday too! I am at tampines. I noticed the outer edge have light rainbow colour. It is very bright. I only managed to see part of it (a circle?) as the building is blocking my view. It is above the storm clouds...wonder what is that...
