Hi,

Now is 1st quarter moon and it is not too ideal for observing stars. It would be better to wait till new moon. Also, it depends heavily on the weather conditions. It is hard to organize adhoc especially these few days it has been raining heavily in the afternoon but at later night is clear. Are you free at late nights (11pm onwards?). The reason is, many of the nice objects are seen 11pm onwards.

Planning to watch Giminids on 15th Dec @ East Coast from 10pm onward
