I can't understand all the hoo-ha about those small 16" scopes here...
why for a mere US$32K, I could get my self a C20 instead! 8-)
these guys used to work at Celestron and designed a followup to their 20" scope..

What a bargain! I think I will walk over to the shop and pick one up today! Perfect for my drag-and-go!

US$32K for 20"? I will rather go for the Obsession 30" dob which will cost merely US$20K. :)

Hmm that does not look like a SCT as it does not have a corrector plate. It seems to have lenses at the back end of the telescope to correct whatever optical aberrations left from the ellipsoid and spherical mirror combination.
