Yes..it's illegal. Actually even if it is not, I dun think it's a good idea to cycle there.

And it's also illegal to cycle on footpath. But who cares.....for safety, sometimes you need to cycle there. Just prepare $20 with you incase the police fine you for cycling on footpath.
