Wah good memory, yes I have the Megrez 80 FD, but what I don't like about it is that, even with the 0.8x flattener, I still need extension tube and rack quite a lot of focuser to reach focus with DSLR, which creates rather troublesome balancing issues.

I was hoping the Megrez 72mm does not have to extended so much (with 0.8x) to reach focus, then the DSLR + guidescope setup need not be so tricky.

oo, cause u upgraded from f/6 to f/6.9 apograde? ahah, i happen to be at the other end of the problem. my tube is made too long and can't reach focus.

Yah correct, I had the APOGRADE upgrade, so in normal visual setup, en extender tube + 2" diagonal is needed.

Oh, if the tube is too long, hmm this is actually a tougher problem. Then need to buy 1.25" diagonal instead, yah actually more expensive than buying extension tubes.
