Recommend Tracking Mount

hi guys, im looking for a computerised motor mount for my scope. i have seen a few on the net but dunno which better

any suggestions ? looking for the most affordable one but rather precise tracking

buying one to use after my DIY CCD camera is completed but not anytime soon [smilie=cheer.gif]

Hmmmmm,

depending on your loading. If you have a very small loading, then you can consider Kenko SkyMemo mount. If you need mount with decent loading and precise tracking, then you may consider Orion Sirius mount or HEQ-5 mount.

the load wont be very high, jus a small 3 inch scope. i may however consider buying a bigger scope in future like an 8 inch

typically for a 3 inch imaging setup, you can use GP or GPD or Sirius mount. Based on price vs performance, I recommend Sirius mount.

An 8 inch (with reducer) imaging setup, you will need at least the Sirius mount but Atlas mount or G11 will be preferred.
