Hi, coming next tuesday, 21st oct would the peak of the meteor shower, orionids. Estimated ZHR would be 10-15.

For this upcoming meteor shower, Marine Parade CC Astro Club will be holding a star party on sat, 18th of Oct. Location would be at East Coast Park, in between carpark c4 and d1 from 8pm onwards. All are welcome.

With moon high up in the night sky, what is the chances of see the meteor?

I understand that the chances of seeing meteor is pretty slim, but i thought that this would be a gd chance for us to meet up mix around, thus i posted this thread.

It has been a while since the last event. New toys have arrived and i believe many are looking forward to looking at/thru them. Now now, where are all the molesters?
