Hi folks:

Didnt really plan for the eclipse but last minute decided why not? In the end managed to have a slice of the beginning eclipse but clouds came in towards later part.

here is the view from KL, also playing hide and seek with the clouds, up to max then sun invisible

Next time must clear the vowels before such a big event, hence the missing first contact. [smilie=embarrassed2.gif]

Hi,
The Sun hide into the cloud just at the later part of the Solar eclipse, so only got the first part. Below is a solar eclipse animated gif created from the photo I took:

saw the solar eclipse from home managed to observe about halfway through
beyond that too cloudy quite spectacular

there will be another partial solar eclipse on 22 July this year 8 40 am to 9 40 am although much less in extent

Hi,everybody
The day of the eclipse was plag by cloudy sky.As such,I decided to shot it in Ha so that sharper images can be obtained.To illustrate the power of such 0.7A bandwidth filter,here is a photo of a average size prominences I photo today-28Jan09-Thanks for watching.(moderator-please do whatever you can to make the photo visible as mine is a 7 yrs old computer and always photo dont show-thanks).

May be the hide percent Solar eclipse in Singapore was more than in Vietnam, saw the post by fairydream.
