After about 3 years of inaction, I thought I should make a try, Naturally the easiest- M42 from Jurong West with 450 D/Eq6Pro/28 subs 60 sec @ 400 ISO / Eqdir/PHD/IP3.8A/PSCS4.

Nice astro-photo of M42 ... well done, kochu. Just yesterday I was looking at & "revising" Orion & surrounding constellations [smilie=ahaaah.gif]

Nice shot...very nice. Skies been clearing little more here in the east....hope to see more...was good last night but today seems to have some thin clouds...grrrr. hopefully it clears before I fall asleep.

No filter was used . Just 60 sec jpeg at ISO 400. I have some RAW shots with Baader LPR filter, which I have not processed yet.

so the colour of the nebula was added in using a software?
