Improved version of Vixen PORTA Mount?

Saw the improved version description from the following site:

What is the difference between the normal version and this improved version?

Hi,
The differences lie in the max load.Mini porta can carry only a small load-less than 5 kg;old porta max load capacity is 5 kg while the new porta II has a max capacity around 8 kg well, to compete with the astrovoyager,CG4 etc.
