The problem is how to prove that you are not speeding if you are actually not speeding.Normally if that happen in Asia you will think they want money.Well now better to stay out until they sort out their own problems and their own system of good governance.Well,I personally is hesitance in visiting such countries.;and I hope all be careful.My 2 cents.

This is essentially the same line they have been reciting for the last 10 - 15 years.

Yet all their police officers are still taking bribes, business as usual really..
