Help water stain.

Here is the place to talk about all those equipment(Telescope, Mounts, Eyepieces, etc...) you have. Not sure which scope/eyepiece is best for you? Trash it out here!

Sounds like more than water stain. Probably fungus as well.

If the binoculars are expensive, you may want to bring it to the agent for proper cleaning and collimation.

If it is a cheap pair, you may want to attempt the cleaning yourself. You can try to unscrew the objective and clean it with an alcohol swab. Do not use those with fragrances/emollients etc.

Why not post a pic of the damage?

don't forget to dry it too.
Also depends on what kind of lens your bino is using. If it is a doublet, chances are that you have got water sandwiched in between. You would want to take them apart and clean it.
